Mr. Muhammad ‘Izzul ‘Ammar Bin Abd Latif graduated with LL.B (Hons) First Class from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2021, where he received the Best Student Award for Evidence and assisted in research on equity and trust. Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2022, he began his career as a paralegal at Messrs. Hifdzi Salmiah Kee Hanisah & Co. He later joined Azmi & Associates, gaining experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. Prior to private practice, Mr. Izzul served as Assistant Director, Legal at the Malaysian Highway Authority, handling highway projects, concessionaire agreements, and legal advisory on compliance and legislative amendments. Currently, he is a Partner at Messrs. Ahnaf Zaimi & Co, leading the litigation and corporate departments.
